Terms and Conditions of Personal Accident Insurance Coveragefor TMRW Everyday Account Holders Underwritten by MSIG Insurance (Thailand) PCL
 
1. TMRW customer who maintain balance in TMRW Everyday account from THB 50,000 in current month can get free personal accident insurance coverage for the next month.

2. Campaign Period start from May 01 ,2021- April 30 ,2022. Coverage Period start from June 01, 2021 - May 31,2022

3. The Sum Insured:
 
3.1 Loss of life, dismemberment, vision disability, hearing disability, speech, or permanent disability (including accidents as a driver or passenger on a motorcycle)  up to THB 100,000- in total over a one-year period.
 
3.2 Loss of life, dismemberment, vision disability, hearing disability, speech, or       permanent disability as a passenger on public transport      up to THB 200,000- in total over a one-year period 
 
3.3 Medical expenses, including accidents as a driver or passenger of a motorcycle     up to THB 10,000- per accident.
 
4. The Sum Insured is equivalent to the interest rate of 0.40% p.a.
 
 
List of Documents for the Claim Process (Medical Expense Claim)
 

1. The insured may receive medical treatment following an accidental at any  hospital and pay in advance, all covered treatment costs incurred will be refunded within 10 working days after the submission of the completed set of required documents.

2. To claim, please contact MSIG Insurance (Thailand) PCL. via the website www.msig-thai.com or the MSIG Claims Hotline (24 hours) 1259 (press 2).

3. For reimbursements, the insured is required to submit the related documents withina period of 180 days following the date of medical treatment or the date of discharge from hospital or the date of accident. 

  1. Completed OPD/IPD medical expenses claim form 
  2. Medical certificate (issued by a doctor/hospital) or completed in the claim form (Medical Certificate section)
  3. Original receipts specifying all medical expenses and a summary of expenses (if any)
  4. Signed copy of the insured’s identification card 
  5. Picture of the account details of insured’s account from TMRW app by selected TMRW Everyday Account > Click “Service”>Click “View Account details” > Click “Share”. In case of cannot access TMRW App, please use Copy of the details page of insured’s bank book.     

List of Documents required for the Claim Process (In the Event of Death)

1.Beneficiary may fill out the claim form, please contact MSIG Insurance (Thailand) PCL. via the website www.msig-thai.com or MSIG Claims Hotline (24 hours) 1259 (press 2)

2. Please submit required documents within 30 days of the incurred date.

The required documents are described below:

  1.  A completed MSIG claim form (Death Claim Form)
  2.  A copy of the Death Certificate.
  3.  A copy of the autopsy report certified by the Case Officer or issuing authority. 
  4.  A copy of the police report certified by the Case Officer or issuing authority.
  5.  A copy of the identify card and house registration of the Insured stating the Insured is “deceased”.
  6.  A copy of the identify card and house registration of the beneficiary.
  7.  Certificate of Death or verification from the hospital (if any)
  8.  Picture of the account details of insured’s account from TMRW app by selected TMRW Everyday Account > Click “Service”>Click “View Account details” > Click “Share”. In case of cannot access TMRW App, please use Copy of the details page of insured’s bank book. 
  9.  Other documents required by MSIG (as informed).

List of Documents required for the Claim Process (In the Event of Disability)

1.  The claim form completed by the insured, please contact MSIG Insurance (Thailand) PCL. via the website www.msig-thai.com or MSIG Claims Hotline (24 hours) 1259 (press 2).

2. For the reimbursement, please submit the required documents within 30 days of the incurred date.

The required documents are described below:

  1. A completed MSIG claim form
  2. A report of the attending physician certifying the Insured has suffered from total permanent disability or dismemberment or loss of sight
  3. Insured’s photograph showing the dismemberment or evidencing loss of sight.
  4. Signed copy of the insured’s identification card 
  5. A copy of the police report.
  6. Medical certificate (if any).
  7. Picture of the account details of insured’s account from TMRW app by selected TMRW Everyday Account > Click “Service”>Click “View Account details” > Click “Share”. In case of cannot access TMRW App, please use Copy of the details page of insured’s bank book. 
  8. Other documents required by MSIG (as informed).
