You cannot reset your username. If you would like to reset your password, follow these steps:

Do you remember your Secure PIN? If yes, follow these steps:

1. Open your TMRW App and tap on "Forgot Username/Password" on your Sign In screen.
2. Enter the required details in the following screen.
3. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
4. Select the option to enter your Secure PIN.
5. Enter your Secure PIN when prompted.
6. In the next screen, your username will be displayed. Proceed to change your password in this screen.
7. Set your new password and click "Next".
8. You can now login with your new password.

If you do not remember Secure PIN, then follow these steps:
Please note that you'll be prompted for your TMRW/UOB card number and Card PIN.

1. Open your TMRW App and tap on "Forgot Username/Password" on your Sign In screen.
2. Enter the required details in the following screen.
3. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
4. Select the option to use your "TMRW Credit or Debit Card" or "UOB Credit or Debit Card".
5. Enter the respective card and PIN number.
6. In the next screen, your username will be displayed. Proceed to change your password in this screen.
7. Set your new password and click "Next".
8. You can now login with your new password.

If you forgot your Card PIN, please tap "Ask for a PIN mailer" at the bottom of the screen in Step 5. (Estimated 7 business days to retrieve your PIN mailer).

The minimum eligibility requirements for opening a TMRW account are:

Age:

You should be 20 years and above.

Nationality:

You are a Thai national and you are not born in the US nor a US resident.

Income:

If you are applying for a TMRW Savings Account only, there is no minimum income required. However, if you are interested in applying for a TMRW Savings Account and TMRW Credit Card, then you are required to have a minimum income of THB15,000.

Yes, you can! To set a limit, navigate to your respective card and tap "Services" followed by "Spending limits" for Store and Online Purchase. Enter your desired limit and tap "Confirm". Complete the transaction by authenticating it with your Secure PIN.

Log in to TMRW and tap "Pay Bills" on your main page. Select the biller you intend to pay and enter the details. Check the "Add to Favourites" option if you want the details to be saved for your future transfers and swipe to confirm.

For security reasons, we advise you to temporarily block your card following the steps below first: Log in to TMRW and navigate to your respective card. Thereafter, tap "Services" and "Temporarily freeze card use" under "Card Security" and tap "OK". Thereafter, please initiate a chat session with us to assist you to permanently block and replace your card.

Tap "Forgot Secure PIN" and enter your TMRW Credit Card or TMRW Everyday Account number along with your PIN. Thereafter, authenticate it with One-Time Password (OTP) which will be sent via SMS.

You will receive a push notification in your TMRW App after successfully verifying yourself at the TMRW kiosk. Your e-Coupon will be available for 14 days and it will get deleted automatically after. If you have viewed the coupon before, it should have been automatically saved in your phone's gallery.In case you don't turn on your notifications, you can find on past notifications on the menu bar in your TMRW App.
