On 12 November 2020, we updated our Terms & Conditions on TMRW Accounts, Cards & Services related to QR transaction, and Specific Terms for TMRW Credit Card related to transaction limit and credit settlement.
For customers who registered for TMRW before 12 November 2020, this update will take effect on 1 January 2021.

What should I do if I have a transaction that I do not recognise?
You can report any transaction dispute through TMRW App. Log in to TMRW and navigate to your respective account/ card. Thereafter, tap "Services" and "Dispute transaction" under "Others" and choose the transaction you want to report and submit.
You will be notified via SMS to confirm that your report is received and will be processed. When the process is done, you will receive a notification from TMRW app.
