What should I do when I receive error message saying that Authentication Fail?
It could be due to the fact that we couldn’t find your details from your selected NDID provider or may be the provider doesn’t have your latest information or your ID number doesn’t match between data you fill in TMRW and data at NDID provider.
Make sure you have an account with this provider and your information is updated and correct. Kindly contact your NDID provider and update information before authenticate again.
Meanwhile, you can try NDID with another provider or choose the kiosk verification option.
